> MISSION BRIEF: The JEH³ Tactical AI Ops Console and associated agents generate content using artificial intelligence models ("AI Outputs"). This disclosure explains how those outputs should be interpreted and used. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the limitations and risks associated with AI-generated content.

1. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

AI Outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain:

2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

AI OUTPUTS ARE NOT:

✗Legal advice or a substitute for attorney consultation
✗Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
✗Mental health advice or therapeutic guidance
✗Financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance
✗Professional engineering, architectural, or technical certifications

3. HUMAN OVERSIGHT REQUIRED

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI Outputs:

▸Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations
▸Accuracy Verification: Are factually accurate and appropriate for your intended use case
▸Professional Standards: Meet professional, legal, or medical standards where applicable
▸Human Supervision: Are NOT used in high-risk or life-critical applications without qualified human supervision
▸Ethical Use: Do not violate ethical guidelines, professional codes of conduct, or third-party rights

⚠️ HIGH-RISK APPLICATIONS: Do NOT use AI Outputs in safety-critical systems, medical diagnostics, autonomous vehicles, aviation, nuclear operations, or other life-critical applications without expert human review and validation.

4. USE OF USER CONTENT

Documents and data you upload may be processed by AI models to generate outputs. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

DATA PROCESSING: User content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing

NO TRAINING USE: We do NOT use your private documents to train our own models or third-party models, except where required by the provider's architecture (see Privacy Policy for details)

CONFIDENTIALITY: We take reasonable measures to protect confidentiality as outlined in our Privacy Policy, but cannot guarantee absolute security

WARNING: Do NOT upload highly sensitive information (passwords, social security numbers, classified documents, HIPAA-protected data) unless you have implemented additional security safeguards and accept the risks.

5. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

USE OF THE PLATFORM DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, ACCOUNTANT-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, PHYSICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP.

AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. ATTRIBUTION & DISCLOSURE

Depending on your jurisdiction and profession, you may be required by law or professional rules to:

8. MODEL LIMITATIONS & UPDATES

AI models used by the Platform may be updated, changed, or replaced without notice. Model behavior may vary over time, and outputs may differ for identical inputs.

Version Changes: Model versions may be updated to improve performance, accuracy, or safety

Non-Deterministic: AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary even with identical inputs

No Backwards Compatibility: We do not guarantee that future model versions will produce identical results to previous versions

9. USER RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

By using AI-generated outputs, you agree to:

•Accept full responsibility for all decisions made based on AI Outputs
•Indemnify JEH³ Systems LLC against claims arising from your use of AI Outputs
•Hold JEH³ harmless for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI Outputs
•Verify all AI-generated content before use in professional, legal, medical, or financial contexts
