Trusted third-party vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, authentication (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure (Vercel). All service providers operate under strict confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.

Legal Authorities

When required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety (or that of our users or the public). We will notify you of legal requests unless prohibited by law.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you and provide choices before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries for processing and storage as described in this Privacy Policy.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at opsec@jeh3.com so we can delete it.
