TERMS OF USE

You may use the Platform only if you:

• ▸Are at least 18 years of age
• ▸Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• ▸Are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms and that the organization agrees to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• ▸Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ▸All activities that occur under your account
• ▸Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You will NOT:

• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Platform
• ✗Use the Platform to develop competing products or services
• ✗Violate applicable laws, court orders, or professional rules of conduct
• ✗Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• ✗Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-created when disclosure is required by law or ethics
• ✗Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
• ✗Abuse, harass, or threaten users or staff

Outputs generated by the Platform (including legal documents, tax advice, financial models, and other professional content) are provided for informational and drafting assistance purposes only and do NOT constitute:

• ▸Legal advice or representation
• ▸Tax advice or preparation services
• ▸Financial planning or investment advice
• ▸Professional services requiring licensure

You should consult with a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional before relying on any outputs generated by the Platform.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate content. Such content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. You are solely responsible for:

• ▸Reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs
• ▸Editing and customizing outputs to fit your specific situation
• ▸Verifying factual accuracy and legal compliance
• ▸Ensuring outputs meet professional standards before use

JEHu00B3 Systems LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, models, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and branding. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, redistribute, or resell the Platform or any portion thereof.

You retain ownership of all content, data, documents, and information you upload or submit to the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant JEHu00B3 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• ▸Host, store, and process User Content to provide the Platform
• ▸Use User Content to improve and enhance the Platform (in aggregated, anonymized form only)

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• ▸Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable (except as required by law)
• ▸Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• ▸You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• ▸We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JEHu00B3 Systems LLC and its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• ▸Your use or misuse of the Platform
• ▸Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• ▸Your User Content
• ▸Your negligence or willful misconduct

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Upon termination:

• ▸Your license to use the Platform immediately ceases
• ▸You must cease all use of the Platform
• ▸Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, indemnification, dispute resolution) will continue to apply

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You waive any objection to venue in those courts based on inconvenient forum or similar grounds.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, may provide additional notice (such as email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform).

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

• ▸Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JEHu00B3
• ▸Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect
• ▸Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
• ▸Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent
